Popup Desk is a high-quality, fold-down wall-mounted desk designed for people who want a stylish workspace without sacrificing living space. It folds away beautifully when not in use, turning any wall into a smart, minimalist workstation.

Unlike a traditional desk that eats up your floor space 24/7, Popup Desk folds away when you’re done. Your living room, bedroom, or hallway instantly becomes a workspace — only when you need it.

When open, the desk extends 70 cm from the wall. Closed, it sits flush at just 30 cm depth. It fits comfortably on most walls without dominating the room.

The desk is proudly handcrafted in Bulgaria using premium birch plywood and sustainable materials.

It’s perfect for people working from home in smaller apartments — freelancers, creatives, parents, students — anyone who values function and aesthetics. Also a lot of out customers buy it because of its beautiful aesthetics.

The body is crafted from high-grade birch plywood, finished with durable HPL or natural veneer. The back panel is made from textile. You can also order the whole thing in plywood.
We use High quality water-based stains for the wood finishes.

Yes! We offer a few curated textile and stain options for the pywood. Want something specific? Message us — we’ll send you photos of the swatches to approve before production.

The HPL (High-Pressure Laminate) work surface is very resistant to scratches, stains, and even coffee spills. It wipes clean easily.
The plywood worktop is more sensitive being a natural material and all but the stain protects it well nevertheless.

We currently ship across Bulgaria, the EU and UK. Shipping outside of Sofia, Bulgaria, is not included in the price.

Production takes about 1–2 months, and delivery usually takes 5–20 business days, depending on your country.

Yes if your product is not customized for you personally. You have 30 days to return the product in unused condition for a full refund (minus return shipping). Just contact us first. But don’t worry, so far we have had 0 returns. People love the Popup Desk

We’ll replace or repair any damaged parts free of charge. Just send us photos and we’ll sort it out quickly. Also you can return it according to our return policy.

Yes — if you’ve ever hung a shelf, you can install Popup Desk. We include a detailed manual and mounting hardware. It takes about 30–45 minutes with a drill, screwdriver and spirit level. Also if you are in Sofia we can offer to do it for you.

Yes! It requires only 4 wall screws, and the holes can be easily patched if needed. We recommend checking your lease.

Yes, but you’ll need suitable drywall anchors (not included). For heavy daily use, we recommend mounting into solid studs or masonry if possible.

The desk is designed to hold up to 25 kg (more than enough for a laptop, monitor, books, and accessories).
It easily holds the weight of a person leaning on it.

Yes, as long as your wall setup allows it. The desktop surface is not compatible with clamp-on arms, but you can wall-mount accessories above it. You can get a standard VESA-mount from us as well.

Absolutely — it’s incredibly versatile. We’ve seen it used as a home bar, drawing station and more!

Yes, there’s a cable pass-through on the bottom so you can discreetly route power cords or chargers. The box at the bottom of the desk opens up all the way and stores your valuable cables, chargers, docking stations, etc. so you don’t have to look at the all day long.

Absolutely! We don’t have showrooms (yet!), but we’ll gladly send extra photos or a quick video if you’d like a better look.
Also you are very welcome to visit us at our office in Sofia and even have a test day at the desk before purchasing.
