Warranty Policy
1. What’s Covered (2-Year Limited Warranty)
We’ve handcrafted your Popup Desk with care — but if there’s ever a fault due to materials, manufacturing, or assembly, you’re covered. For one year from the purchase date, we’ll offer a repair or replacement at no cost.
2. Normal Usage
To keep your desk in great shape, please use it as intended:
Do not place more than 20 kg (44 lbs) of weight on the desk surface.
Make sure it’s installed according to our installation guidelines — safe mounting is essential.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by overloading, improper installation, or unsafe modifications.
3. What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not apply to:
Normal wear and tear (e.g., hinges loosening, surface scratches).
Damage from misuse, accidental drops, or improper installation.
Modifications not approved by us — we built it in one way, please don’t change the plan!
Cosmetic issues like dents or scuffs that don’t affect function.
4. Who’s Covered
This warranty is valid only for the original owner and only if the desk was purchased from our website or an official retailer.
5. How to Claim
To make a claim:
Keep the desk in its original packaging — we need that to assess it properly.
Contact us with your proof of purchase and a photo or video of the issue. Send it to hello@popup.furniture.
We’ll walk you through the rest.
6. Important Notes
The warranty won’t apply if the desk was improperly installed, overloaded, altered, or abused.
If you opt for self-repair using non-approved parts, that voids the warranty.
We may ask you to return the desk for inspection. If it indeed has a defect, we’ll cover shipping.
